Janine Kirk was the Founding Chief Executive of The Prince's Charities Australia and then The Prince's Trust Australia from Jan 2013 to Jan 2019. Prior to her appointment Janine was a Partner at EY where she was responsible for establishing and leading the Victorian Government & Public Sector practice for the firm. She was also Oceania Leader Community; and a Director of the EY Foundation.

Currently Janine is Chairman, Phoenix Australia; Chairman, The Melbourne Prize Trust; Chairman, Kukukuku PNG Tribe Advisory Board; she is also an Ambassador for The Australian Regenerative Medicine Institute, an Ambassador for Teach for Australia and The Australian Community Foundation, and a Founding Member of the Berry Street Childhood Alliance.
